Hello, world!
This is my very first blog post on my very first webpage!
…yay?
Learning HTML5 markdown is pretty cool, and to be honest it is something I have wanted to do for a long time. This entire site is built using Jekyll, a powerful tool for generating blogs on static webpages, and is hosted by GitHub (like I don’t already use enough git in my life). After messing around with the theme files, I finally have this site looking how I want it to. It is a tiny slice of the Internet I can call my own, which is really nice.
This blog will mainly focus on my programming projects, with a little math sprinkled in (because math is cool). I may not update often, considering that school is starting very soon (yay sophomore year…). I will try to write something at least once a month, if not more.
Also, this post coincides with the completion of my research project. Check out the corresponding article post, and head on over to the project home page and check out my series of articles to see what I spent 12 weeks working on.
See you next time!
